The Villiers Consultancy will work with you through all the steps of the planning process which we have outlined below:

Planning Process.

Planning Permission is achieved for clients in 5 stages. A list of how this process will work for you, the client, is outlined below:

Stage 1. Initial Consultation

Sit down for a free initial consultation where TVC will review your site and requirements and advise if planning is achievable or not. With over a 90% strike rate we won’t waste your time or money if we are not confident that planning can be achieved.

Stage 2. House design / Site survey.

Depending on what you require a new build or extension we will start with initial sketches and liaise with you to close out your preferred design. We will then manage all aspects of the planning process from site survey, site assessment reports, paper adds etc. One contact point to simplify the process for you  the customer.

Stage 3. Planning submission.

With all the information complete and signed off with you the customer we now submit for planning and manage the process with the planning authority. Any questions / requests for further information. That the require during the application period.

Stage 4. Planning Achieved

Planning has been achieved now on to the exciting bit!. TVC can engineer, specify, and appoint your main contractor. Manage the building process, manage the banking process on drawdowns sign off on the building, etc. Again simplifying the process for the customer with one point of contact.

Stage 5. Hand over

Hand over the completed project  with all the relevant documentation for you to enjoy living in.
